本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しないことを基本方針としています。

  1. 収集する個人情報：本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。
  2. 端末内に保存される情報：あなたの「記録」（買った／気になる／見送り、メモ、閲覧履歴）はあなたの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバへ送信されません。アプリを削除すると消去されます。
  3. アクセス解析：本アプリは利用状況の解析を行わず、利用データを外部へ送信しません。広告識別子（IDFA）も使用せず、利用者を横断した追跡（トラッキング）も行いません。将来アクセス解析を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新したうえで実施します。
  4. 本ウェブサイトについて：本サイト（o-miya-ge.com）では、サーバ側で記録されるアクセス数の集計（Cloudflare）を閲覧しています。日ごとのリクエスト数・ページビュー数などの統計で、個人を識別できる形では扱いません。Cookie による追跡や、利用者を横断した追跡は行いません。なお Cloudflare のインフラが、表示速度の計測のために通信を行う場合があります。
  5. 商品画像・公式サイト：商品画像は各メーカー等のサーバから直接読み込みます（参照元を送らない設定）。公式サイトはアプリ内ブラウザ（Safari）で開きます。これら外部サイトには各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  6. 地図・オンデバイスAI：地図表示には Apple の MapKit を使用します。文章での検索におけるAI処理は端末内（Apple Foundation Models）で行われ、検索文が外部へ送信されることはありません。
  7. 第三者提供・販売：本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、販売も第三者提供も行いません。
  8. 子どもの利用：本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。
  9. 本ポリシーの変更：本ポリシーは改定されることがあります。重要な変更は本ページにて告知します。
  10. お問い合わせ：個人情報を預からない方針のため、メール窓口は設けていません。使い方とよくあるご質問はサポートをご覧ください。ご意見・不具合の報告は App Store のレビューで受け付けています。

This app is designed to collect no personal information from you.

  1. Personal information we collect: The app requires no account or sign-in and collects no personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.
  2. Information stored on your device: Your records (bought / wishlist / passed, notes, and viewing history) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. They are removed when you delete the app.
  3. Analytics: This app performs no usage analytics and sends no usage data externally. It uses no advertising identifier (IDFA) and performs no cross-user tracking. If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand.
  4. About this website: For o-miya-ge.com we look at server-side request counts aggregated by Cloudflare (daily requests, page views). These are statistics and are not handled in a personally identifiable way. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not track visitors across sites. Cloudflare's infrastructure may also measure page performance.
  5. Product images & official sites: Product images are loaded directly from each maker’s server (with the referrer suppressed). Official sites open in an in-app browser (Safari). Those external sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
  6. Maps & on-device AI: Maps use Apple MapKit. Natural-language search is processed on your device (Apple Foundation Models); your query text is not transmitted externally.
  7. Sharing & selling: The app collects no personal information, so there is nothing to sell or share with third parties.
  8. Children: Because the app collects no personal information, it is safe for users of all ages.
  9. Changes: We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page.
